Shipping & Handling & Returns

All orders will take 2-3 business days to process. That does not include shipping time. 

All shipping is done with the U.S.P.S As we all know shipping prices have increased tremendously. Unlike big box stores, small businesses are unable to eat the shipping cost, We simply can not afford to. Shipping is a flat rate of $10. Which in most cases, we will have to pay out some of the cost to ship our products. We DO NOT profit from shipping cost. Please remember we also have to provide cushion, packaging, labels, tape and all supplies needed to package your products. Please remember we are a small business and do not get the fancy shipping discounts that big box stores get.

You will be provided a tracking number once the package ships. As of right now U.S.P.S is behind on shipping packages. I can not guarantee a specific time line for you to receive your package. You will receive a tracking number once package is shipped. You cannot request a refund because your package is late or stuck in shipping with U.S.P.S. That is beyond our control.

If your package is damaged through the shipping process you package IS insured with U.S.P.S. You may file a claim with U.S.P.S. I will do my best on my end to provide them with an order invoice that you may need to file a claim. Take pictures as soon as you receive your damaged package as it may be needed for your claim. Please double check the shipping address that you provide is the correct address you would like your package to be delivered to. As we cannot change and are not responsible for shipping address mistakes made by the customer.
